Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, and shipping takes approximately:
- Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days
- Pick up delivery at NewSkin Med & Spa: same day
You'll receive tracking details once your order has shipped.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used skincare products.
We gladly accept returns on unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us at info@newskinpr.com before returning any product.

Yes! 🎁 Gift cards are available for purchase online or in-store.
They can be used toward products or spa services and do not expire. (Please note: gift cards are non-refundable.)
