Return & Exchange Policy
At New Skin Med Spa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. Whether you've changed your mind or encountered any issues with the product, we are here to assist you every step of the way.

Due to the personal nature of skincare products and to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.
We gladly accept returns on unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery, as long as they are in their original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Approved returns will be issued as store credit or product exchange.
